Last Updated: October 2026

Effective Date: October 2026

GoWithFund Inc. ("we," "our," "us," or the "Organization"), an approved

non-profit organization operating the website gowithfund.org and its subdomains

(including checkout.gowithfund.org and smartcashos.gowithfund.org), is committed

to safeguarding the privacy and security of your personal information.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your

personal data when you visit our websites or purchase digital products,

including the SmartCash™ OS template system.

1. Information We Collect

When you interact with our websites or complete an order, we may collect the

following categories of information:

- Customer & Contact Information: Your first name, last name, and email

address provided during the checkout or inquiry process.

- Billing Information: Your billing country and transaction records. Please

note: We do not collect, process, or store your raw credit card numbers or

banking credentials. All financial transactions are securely processed by

third-party payment gateways (such as PayPal or Stripe).

- Technical & Usage Data: Your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type,

operating system, referring URLs, and device telemetry automatically

collected via standard web server logs and security providers (e.g.,

Cloudflare).

2. 100% Data Sovereignty: Your Financial Numbers Stay Private

We do not see, track, or store your personal financial data.

- SmartCash™ OS is delivered as an independent Google Sheets spreadsheet

template.

- When you click the delivery link, an isolated, private copy of the template

is generated directly inside your personal Google Drive account.

- Any income, expenses, debts, bank balances, or personal notes you enter into

your copy of SmartCash™ OS remain exclusively on your personal device and

your private cloud storage. We have zero access, visibility, or

administrative permissions to your personal financial calculations.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect strictly for legitimate organizational and

transactional purposes, including:

- Order Fulfillment: Generating and emailing your digital access keys,

purchase receipts, and template download links.

- Customer Support: Responding to your questions, formula restoration

requests, or setup assistance.

- Product Version Updates: Notifying previous buyers of major version

upgrades, template bug fixes, or enhancements.

- Security & Fraud Prevention: Detecting, preventing, and mitigating

fraudulent transactions, chargeback abuse, and unauthorized access to our

digital delivery infrastructure.

- Legal Compliance: Complying with applicable tax, accounting, and charitable

reporting regulations.

4. How We Share Your Information (Zero Sale of Data)

We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal information with data

brokers, advertisers, or third-party marketing companies.

We only share personal data with trusted third-party service providers who

assist us in operating our platform, subject to strict confidentiality

agreements:

- Payment Processors: PayPal and Stripe (to securely execute payment

transactions).

- Checkout & Funnel Infrastructure: Systeme.io (to host secure order forms and

deliver digital confirmation emails).

- Network & Security Infrastructure: Cloudflare (for SSL encryption, DDoS

mitigation, and global content delivery).

5. Cookies and Web Telemetry

Our checkout pages and funnels use essential cookies to maintain your active

shopping session, process transactions, and preserve checkout states. You may

choose to disable cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may

prevent the checkout system from functioning properly.

6. Your Rights (GDPR & US Privacy Laws)

Depending on your geographic location, you may have specific statutory rights

regarding your personal information:

- Right of Access: You have the right to request a copy of the personal

information we hold about you.

- Right to Rectification: You have the right to request that we correct

inaccurate or incomplete data.

- Right to Erasure ("Right to Be Forgotten"): You have the right to request

that we permanently delete your customer contact details from our records,

subject to legal and tax retention requirements.

- Right to Opt-Out: You may unsubscribe from non-transactional emails at any

time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of our communications.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at support@gowithfund.org.

7. Data Retention & Security

We maintain commercial-grade administrative, technical, and physical safeguards

(including HTTPS/TLS 256-bit encryption) to protect your personal data against

unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. We retain basic order records (names,

email addresses, and transaction amounts) only for as long as necessary to

provide lifetime support and fulfill accounting requirements.

8. Children's Privacy

Our websites and digital products are not directed to individuals under the age

of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you

become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us

immediately so we can remove the information.
