Welcome to SmartCash™ OS. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally
binding agreement between you ("Customer," "User," or "Licensee") and GoWithFund
Inc. ("GoWithFund," "we," "our," or "us"), an approved non-profit organization
operating gowithfund.org and its subdomains (including checkout.gowithfund.org
and smartcashos.gowithfund.org).
By completing a purchase, accessing our checkout, or using the SmartCash™ OS
template system, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree,
please do not purchase or use the product.
1. The Organization & Charitable Purpose
GoWithFund Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit public organization
dedicated to expanding public financial literacy and community resources.
Proceeds generated from the distribution of SmartCash™ OS directly fund our
non-profit educational mission to provide accessible, independent personal
finance education and tools to the public.
2. Product Description & Digital Delivery
- Nature of the Product: SmartCash™ OS is a cloud-native, automated financial
spreadsheet system engineered for and operated through Google Sheets.
- Instant Digital Delivery: Immediately upon successful payment processing
through our checkout provider (Systeme.io, PayPal, or Stripe), you will
receive instant access via an on-screen confirmation button and an automated
delivery email containing your private Google Drive template clone link.
- No Physical Delivery: SmartCash™ OS is delivered 100% digitally. No physical
media, CDs, or printed binders will be shipped.
3. Digital License & Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of payment, GoWithFund Inc. grants you a single-user,
non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use SmartCash™ OS:
- Permitted Use: You may copy the template into your private Google Drive,
customize categories, enter transactions, and use the system across all
personal devices for your personal, family, or sole-proprietor business
accounting.
- Strictly Prohibited: You may NOT sub-license, resell, lease, distribute, or
publicly share the master spreadsheet template or access link. You may not
upload the files to public file-sharing directories, torrent networks, or
commercial template marketplaces.
4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Refund Policy)

independent template system designed to operate on Google Sheets and is not
sponsored, endorsed by, or affiliated with Google LLC.
- Payment Gateways: Secure payment processing is provided by PayPal Holdings,
Inc. and/or Stripe, Inc. We do not store or access your raw credit card
numbers.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GoWithFund Inc. shall not be
liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
(including lost savings, lost data, or personal calculation errors resulting
from user formula edits) arising out of your use of or inability to use
SmartCash™ OS.
In all circumstances, our maximum aggregate liability to you for any dispute
arising from your purchase shall be limited strictly to the actual purchase
price paid by you for the product (e.g., $9.00 USD).
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of the United States, without regard to principles of conflicts of law. Any
inquiries or disputes shall first be directed to informal resolution via our
